After a long period of inactivity for 505 sailing in Melbourne, a fledgling fleet is forming with 505 sailing at McCrae YC on the Mornington Peninsula and a good fleet growing at Royal Brighton YC at the northern end of the bay. With the 2010 Australian Championship scheduled for to be held at McCrae, this event is generating a lot of interest from old and potential 505 sailors around the Bay.
