Victorian Fleet

We seem to be getting a little more interest building for 505’s in Melbourne.

McRae YC has two 505’s and there is an interest with 3 other boats

Initial planning and discussions with the National Body are underway to hold a National Titles in Victoria within the next few years, either as part of Sail Melbourne or as part of Skandia Geelong Week over the Australia Day weekend. Sail Melbourne is an ISAF Grade 1 event, so it could even attract some international entries from cold winter / northern hemisphere countries if it was promoted properly or Geelong Week is a great party weekend with lots of bands and entertainment etc, so everyone who made the trip down/across would enjoy themselves!
